•  We require at least 2 hours of anticipation to complete a same-day pick up or delivery. We do not offer Same-day delivery on Sundays. To qualify for Sunday deliveries, order must be placed before 5pm on Saturday!

• Please do not request an exact time for your delivery. Although we try to accommodate requests, traffic and other factors do not always allow us to deliver at exact times, instead, please give us a flexible window with your preferred time! (Example: Instead of 11:30AM, tell us 11AM-12PM, or even better, 10AM-1PM) 

•  If you have a specific flower request we will try our best to accommodate based on season and availability

•  IMPORTANT when placing your order- Under Customer Details: "Delivery details" is the delivery address, "Billing address" is yours! Writing out the address in the info section Date/Time makes it easy for us to read but this is not where you pay for delivery, you pay for delivery while checking out. *Customer details asks for an email address and phone number, these should be yours, not the recipient's. A receipt will be sent to the email address provided.

• Pick Up is free, Delivery is not. The delivery fee will be calculated at check out! We charge per mile, at checkout select the distance that applies to you (Example: If the destination is 1.4 miles away, select 0-2 miles).  

  • If there is anything we should know: back house, locked gate, or dogs we need to look out for, please let us know!

For Mother's Day orders:

• PICK UPS, please stick to the time you scheduled at the time of order to avoid confusion. If you arrive early we cannot guarantee your order will be ready before your requested time.

• DELIVERIES, please provide us at least a 3 hour window. As the day gets closer, certain time frames will no longer be available due to being filled by other orders. If we are unable to accommodate your requested time, we will contact you and arrange the best option.
